Basically this guy went to a school and sang the song "Lunch lady Land" to a class of 6 year olds. He then later edited the video of it to look as if he was singing a sexually explicit song to them and posted it on youtube. He's now being charged with the manufacturing of child sexual abusive material and faces up to 20 years in prison. Apperantly a dirty sense of humor is now a crime... watch what you say! the morality police might get you!

Hopefully this world is just and this gets thrown out of court. At worst give him a fine for not getting the parents permission to use their children in it.

I'm one of those dirty sub-humans who trades his games in so I'll stick to physical disks. But if I could get the option to rent from a DD service I'd be fine giving up disks. I just don't see the point in keeping anything that doesn't have long multiplayer legs to stand on.

To put this in context, i live in rural area and as such, have a fairly slow connection of 1 megabit. Now normally when i go to download a few things from the marketplace, after the first download, it gets excruciatingly slow to get to the next download i want since most of my bandwidth is going to my current download. But after getting the preview update i noticed getting around the marketplace takes much less time after the first download. Maybe there has been some kind of optimization to data flow to the console? Anyone else with a slower connection notice such a thing?

Greatest Hits is such a scam, as others have pointed out you can get the game for 5 to 10 bucks, now they want to jack it up to 30? pshhhhh

so i spent my whole evening putting this build together and when i first power it up it acts as though it will boot but then turn off, then try to boot again and over and over, once in a blue moon it'll actually get to the bios. looking inside i notice the cpu fan doesnt start up right away but eventually starts if the pc actually gets to the bios screen.

build specs are as follows:

Antec Sonata III 500 with built in 500w power supply with 80% efficiency

GIGABYTE GA-EP45-UD3P LGA 775 ATX motherboard

Intel core 2 quad 8200

Asus Radeon 4850

Western Digital 640 gb harddrive

So this company called New Medium Enterprises'is releasing their HD movies players before long called HD-VMD, the difference between it and the other fomats? Players are gonna start 150 bucks and the actual movies are only a few dollars more then DVDs while having just as good picture quality. The downsides being that HD-VMD does have interactive features like that of Blu-Ray or HD-DVD, nor does it provide as advanced audio codecs.
