There are a couple things wrong with my playstation and I went to a gamestop store and asked but they had never heard of these problems before.

1: It takes about 3 minutes to read a DVD type game disc.

2: Blue discs read right away.

3: Playstation 1 disc work when they want to. (Rarely never...)

I've tried asking Sony through emailbut they keep telling me to send it to somewhere else and then I never get a reply. Imight be getting a new one but I did want to buy a new DS instead.

So my dog chewed on my DS thinking it was his bone (shouldve gotten black DS...) and now my L button doesnt work. How can i get it fixed and where?
