I like them, but I also like RPG's and age of mythology. This thread is for people to get their feeling out in the open about FPS's. Have they had the innovation sucked dry and spit out, room for improvement,

Graphics these days are necessary, whether it is fair or not. The wii actually looks like it is capable of very good graphics, but developers are being lazy. Also, Dvd players are pretty much standard on all systems nowadays. Therre is no reason for the wii not to have one
while there are alot of shooters, there is also plenty of other stuff coming out too, and some shooters, (mass effect, Bioshock etc...) are combing RPG elements.
