@XaosII: Haha that's funny, man. I haven't really posted or been on this site to use it more than just checking reviews or anything in forever! Haha thanks for the laugh.

To answer your first question, I have the same problem, but my discs are NOT scratched at all and they once played. I installed Brood Wars for the first time and have touched the disc for the first time and it still won't run. But the original one ran for a little bit then started doin' that error crap.

Anyway, to fill StarCraft to your screen and you have an NVIDIA graphics card (I don't know which one that you have because you did not specify) But to make it full screen you have to first go to the NVIDIA Control Panel then make sure that the option "USE NVIDIA SCALING" is checked. That way the game will be full screen. It took me a while to figure that out. Hope that helps.

In short yes. I love 720p. We have a 42 inch Sony and it supports 1080i, but I really can't tell much difference between the two. 720p does look good though!

Wow. Sometimes, but rarely. If I'm going on a long car ride, my DS and Metroid and other handheld games are there for me along with my iPod!! 8)

Brand names are alright. I mean when you buy a HDMI cable it's gonna be good. Go to ebay. Shop around and see what other people said. I was just like you a little while ago. I was wondereing the same thing, but I went to ebay and got one for $16! Just go to ebay and type in PS3 HDMI cable. I got a 10 foot one for basically no $ and it works perfectly! You can't lose!!

To make it look a little better, see if you have S video. If you do, then go out and get some $5 cables. I got mine for around that amount at GameStop.

Ok man, I actually had the same exact problem. I tell you in the instructions, but anyway. First turn on the console and put in the doggle. Then PLACE the guitar ON TOP of the doggle. It'll connect that way. It worked for me and it should work for you.

If this gets to be a big enought problem then Sony should come out with an update that will make it less likely to freeze. I have heard about this. At least it won't hurt your PS3 unless it's acessing your HDD. I remember my PS2 used to freeze, but it never did anything to my memory. I would actually expect hearing about a patch or something for Assassin's Creed sometime wouldn't you?
