why I hate microsoft

About nine months ago my brother had to send his 360 in like most people, Well about four months ago he got it back. So we were happy kicking butt on halo three but then I put in guitar hero and guess what?!?! The three rings were BACK. Wtf?!?!? we were like "didnt microsoft fix this???" Surely enough they didnt but no matter I can still play World Of Warcraft.
