SantinoRules201 Blog

Sorry

Sorry for not being active, I have been busy and I will try to be active as possible as I would like to contribute here and do my best. I will do my reviews soon on games I have yet reviewed as I haven't been playing any more games as I have no money to get more so luckily my mom is getting lots of money at the end of this month and I'll be able to get more games to play and review on the games I like, dislike, or just something to keep myself active. I would be greatly appreciated if you guys can give feedback on my blogs to show support. Thank you, and sorry for the delay and my absence and I'll do my best to keep active.

i'm Back!

I'm back and ready to continue with my blogs. But for now, I am just announcing this to let everyone know I still exist. Hope to hear from everyone soon and give me ideas for my next reviews.

Update

Sorry I haven't been on alot lately. My computer lost internet connection, so I have to use the library's computer for a while til I get internet back which I should be able to get on Oct. 1st. But that if I move to a new place, thats gonna be a problem as no one is taking me and my family and we are being evicted so there is a possibility we are gonna be homeless. This might be my last blog but I just gonna have to wait til Oct 1st and see if we got a home or be homeless.

WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2011 Roster Reveal Event Review

Earlier this week we got to finally see the official roster of Smackdown vs Raw 2011 and see clips of them in action. I was glad to see The Miz at the event since he is now WWE's new poster boy, and rightfully deserving, to promote the new game and act the way he always act and see him having fun yelling at Cory Ledesma throughout the whole event. I checked out the official website and see The Miz's 1 of 5 blogs and roster page, I gotta say, It is the right choice to give Miz total freedom to write his blogs any way he likes. I saw clips from the first page of the roster and the entrances were okay but the models for some were horrible, I know I'll be skipping entrances. Anyway back to the topic of this blog, the event was really cool, it was worth the wait and the roster is really nice and great DLC packs announced and this game will be fun to play once I pick up my copy right on the day it comes out. It is great to see other people there too like Eve Torres, Howard Finkel, and Justin Roberts to talk about the game and the roster and other wrestling related chat. The event did had some technical difficulties with the mics, overall the event was worth the wait, glad that The Miz is getting more attention as he deserves it as he has worked his hardest to get to where he is today. I know this blog may be short but its all about sharing thoughts and most of the time I would summarize everything to get the point out there. Check back next time as there are plenty more in the future.

WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010 (XBOX 360) Review

This review will be about probably the best Smackdown vs Raw game yet, WWE Smackdown vs Raw 2010. This game I can say is fun with some minor glitches which all games have glitches because there are no such thing as a perfect game without glitches. Anyway, this game haves probably the best roster and best features such as: Create A Finisher (Diving), Story Designer, and for the first time the Training Facility. These features are great and can really be your own universe as you create storylines for your favorite and least favorite wrestlers and caws and divas. The only thing I don't like in the game was Career Mode as it is too boring to go through because all you do is jump into the action and have to earn enough stars to compete for a championship and it gets too repetitive and it takes too long to finish. The good thing about the game is everything is creatable and you can change the existing superstars abilities and can remove all of them if you feel this particular superstar doesn't deserve it, for example John Cena doesn't deserve resiliancy because hes no superman. The match types aren't different except the addition of Championship Scramble and divas can compete in specialty matches. I forgot to mention the new Superstar Thread, which you can change the colors on every superstars outfit like for example you can change the superstars color on their outfit to make it look realistic when you can make it their current attire, attire they are wearing currently. Santino Marella for example you can change the colors to what he is currently wearing like on the singlet the upper portion is black and the lower portion is blue and the boots are blue which will look realistic because he wears those colors in real life. All I can say is the game is pretty easy and I finished most of the game in a month. This game is really fun but will it be topped by the new Smackdown vs Raw 2011 game when it comes out in October? We will find out soon as there are lots of new things that will make it even more enjoyable. Check back soon for more of my reviews.

Resident Evil 4 (GC) Review

This review is about Resident Evil 4. This game I got into right away from the start and it is really cool and scary. The graphics are really good and the gameplay is really good too. The soundtrack is amazing and the new aiming mechanic is great as it serves as a cinematic type of camera angle and gameplay. It is really cool to play as Leon S. Kennedy and have the biggest adventure yet with thrills and chills and excitement. The missions are alot challenging and the monsters are alot more terrifying than ever before. This game is so long that it has two discs to play the whole game. Overall this game is an instant classic and it is fun for those who are a real gamer and for the Resident Evil fans as well. This is a must to own as it is an award winning game. I highly recommand this game for those who are new to the Resident Evil gaming universe and to those who have been part of the gaming experience that is Resident Evil to really enjoy this game as it delivers the goods. Check back for more reviews as I got lots to talk about.

WWF Smackown (PS1) Review

My first review will focus on my favorite wrestling game for the PS1, WWF Smackdown. I gotta say that this game is fun to play for hours everyday especially when I get home from school I play the game to relieve stress and feel relaxed. When I start playing the game, I play as The Undertaker and never lost in Season Mode and it was fun. The soundtrack in the game is cool and sets the mood and feel the excitement. I love Create A PPV Mode as I can recreate the PPVs in the Attitude Era and be rated for each match. Even though the roster is small but its still good enough for me to play in every match in the game as every wrestler and defend some championships in specialty matches like Cage Match, Falls Count Anywhere, I Quit Match, and compete in Slobber Knocker and be the special ref in Special Referee Match. In 3 Way Dance and Fatal Four Way matches is easier to win by submission while in a Battle Royal its like the mini Royal Rumble but shorter. King of the Ring tournament is alot of fun too so as Royal Rumble. Create A Wrestler/Superstar is okay but they let you use unlockable create parts to create those who weren't in the game like Ivory, Mideon, Viscera, etc. Overall the game is really good and I recommand those who never played the game I suggest them to play it as it is fun. Stay tune for more in the future of games I own to be reviewed.
