First time I've ever made the newspaper for sports. Top ten in a cross country race. I used to look at cross country as a sport just to keep me in shape for basketball and other things. Now, I'm really getting into it and thinking about running all 4 seasons each year. My time looks bad for this 5k (20:41), but the course we ran on is rated 2nd hardest in Connecticut, so I'm usually at a 19:30 (on a good day).
