Anyway, Killzone 2 in no way was close to being a serious threat to Halo 3. It was a great game, but Halo 3 was simply a much bigger hit and the better game. Perhaps things will change this time? Although I seriously doubt it. Halo: Reach will presumably tear Killzone 3 to shreds.

And reviews, sales and the fact that Halo 3 retains a top spot online for the past 3 years just proves that the majority of the world is against your statement. How long could Killzone hold a top spot ?? COD craps on Killzone and thats why PS3 users play that instead of Killzone where as Halo will always have a huge community.

Gran Turismo 5 has best chance because the new Gamespot are PS3 fanboys and like to over rate PS3 exclusives

Nomura doesn't care about the game he is too busy announcing Kingdom Hearts games and playing Heavy Rain and Bad Company

Gears 3 put colour into the series. Unfortunatly I can't say the same about Killzone 3

Personally I think Uncharted has nothing on any Halo. Its story is weak as hell, crappy villain and annoying characters and protagonist and the soundtrack is crap. Where as Halo has a brilliant story, excellent ost, waaaaaayyyy better gameplay, 10 times better online. Uncharted only beats Halo in graphics which won't be the case when Reach comes out

Reach will own killzone in absolutely every way. Killzone has crap controls. You can camp and shoot people from across the map. The graphics are good but very very very very very dull. The maps are boring and crap. The guns aren't satisfying to shoot. The amount of recoil in the game really deducts from the fun. Reach will make killzone 3 look like a 1/10 game like Halo 3 did with Killzone 2
