I read something about someone saying that something bad should happen to Warrick soon, since:

-Nick gets kidnapped and buried alive

-Sara gets kidnapped and trapped under a car

-Grissom gets threatened multiple times

-Catherine's ex-husband and father get killed

-Greg gets beaten up

-Brass gets shot

I'm not sure if the episode writers are considering Warrick being a suspect in a murder investigation "bad", but if they are, LAME-O. I mean, he's not even being hurt or something. Maybe they just ran out of "bad" things to do to the CSIs.
