One of the best villains IMO is Ganondorf. Link never manages to kill him, and his only one goal- Become god of the world. He would be willing to turn everyone he wants to conquer into zombies!

1st: AI to destroy our artificial persons. 2nd: AI brought to life to reenact Terminator, but with more realism. Can't wait to see what year 3000 is like :)
