Play atleast 500 hours vs bots and learn every skill, item and hero in the game before going MM. Then you will still suck, but prepared for having knownledge for why suck, so you can reply to randoms; "I know", when they call you feeder or noob or whatever.
There is another game out atm, ive got to give a chance im drawing a blank on the games name atm..You have a map reminds me of the final fantasy map grid, looks to be over a 100 skills on this thing..

Path of Exile is what you're thinking of. It's amazing. Best ARPG since Diablo 2. Currently in open public beta. Go make an account, and get down on that sh!t. They say it's going to be a smooth, gradual transition from here into the "full game", and there won't be any more character wipes. I've been in the closed beta since last summer, and I can't get enough of it.
Diablo 3, Call of Duty 4 - Modernwarfare... basicly every CoD after CoD2. Skyrim, Oblivion etc.. Basicly games that are single player = instant boring for me. People saying Half Life 1 or 2 probably were still in kindergarden when those were released, because holy god those were like 5 years infront of every other game in terms of physics and graphics.
