The numbers are way higher than 17%. Of the few of my friends who play video games, I don't think there is a single one who does not actively pirate their games. I personally hate piracy, because I can see the huge mark it leaves on the industry, but I understand why one who is not so passionate bout games would do it, the price of video games here in Australia is huge. Who has $120 to fork out on a game which may only hold their interest for a few days.

you wouldnt get in any trouble if you import a banned game. as they are banned for sale not banned for playing

Mmm... I wouldn't sell my current PSP for it. But, it does look good. Main attraction for me is the Video Output.
