How much were you paid to post that?

Someone needs to make photoshopped version of that game, relating to this.

This is certainly going to be the most famous box art in Gamespot's history. It will be the symbol of the joke they become. This site blows and they deserve this crap game as their symbol.

All you people who stay here can ride this site down to the ashes. You love the forums but they are a product of the posters, not the god forsaken sell outs. People like the TC and me are hanging around to stir up trouble until we cancel. I will probably cancel soon at least if I don't get banned first. Go read the Kane and Lynch reviews. Tons of people committed site suicide by telling it like it is rather than shrugging their shoulders and accepted this. Have fun here with the drivel pushed down your throat by these shills for advertisers. You deserve the lies they feed you.

Paying form my account on Gamespot was the biggest waste of money ever. It sickens me these idiots got any cash from me. I will rectify that, though.

The best solution is to move one and stop giving CNET your web page hits. They don't care if you hate GS for its sell out intimidation tactics and utter lack of credibility. They will just use the traffic numbers to sell advertising to scummy publishers that want to buy reviews. The only hope for systems wars is to move it someplace else.

I wouold love to see a number of older games make their return.

But then again this is IGN...So when does Halo come out for the DS again?

HarlockJC

What is wrong with IGN? They report the news, not sell it to the highest bidder

One thing we do know, if it is from a big publisher paying for hype, it will get a great score here.

Well, we won't know which is the better game until the advertising budgets for Gamespot are announced. It could be close though. I would recommend CNET make it an open auction so each publisher gets a fair shot at a winning score.

Well, we now know that Gamespot cares because MONEY TALKS. You can look forward to better scores from big publishers. Trust me.

The problem is that the new CNET TOOL who was hired to run the "lifestyle" sites, including this one,and who fired Jeff, was not on board early enough to save Lair. He learned his lesson though with Kane and Lynch. All you cows can look forward to some really good scores now that Sony is pushing the advertising. AAA's here you come. Enough cash and it will be Cow domination time. If you can't make a game worth anything, buy the score.

1up (and EGM) were always the best sources for honesty and integrity in the business but now theyre one of the only ones. GameSpot is a disgrace now and even if you hate Jeff and his reviews the fact that someone was fired from a site due to advertisers not liking a review does more than tarnish the website, it renders it useless. Even though I didn't often agree with the guy it doesn't matter. This site is now useless, its reviews are worthless. Even System Wars should stop going by GS reviews.

This is one thing cows, sheep and lemmings should get behind as well. Go someplace else for game discussion. Other boards aren't as good but it beats supporting this kind of unacceptable garbage.

CJL13

But this is our home.

The more we post here the more hits CNet gets.

Exactly. I know most people will stay here. But Systems Wars is a huge board and magnet for traffic to this site. If a good amount of people bail to other sites, we win and the idiots who turned Gamespot into a viral marketing tool will lose some money. If enough people bash this site from other places and destroy its reputation, it will lose further clout. It will be known as the home for casual idiots. Still worth some money but not as much as at its height. CNET is a company that wants to turn the good will and faith of viewers earned by prior editors into manipulation and lies.
