I try to get to the gym twice a week where I do uphill power walking on the treadmill and the elliptical with a goal of burning a thousand calories.
That said, I love food, and I am not in the greatest shape, but I've kinda never been the skinniest or the most ripped guy relative to my age throughout my entire life. That said, I try to stay active, and I try to keep my endurance for physical activity up.
