Thanks for the tip. Strange thing is that it shows the sale price on target's website but it doesn't even appear in the weekly newspaper ad.

[QUOTE="wagepeace"]starfox. i havent ever really been a big fan of the series, and now i remember why. i think the controls ruined it for me.. im sorry, but there's no use in using the stylus if its not necessary.... i returned it like 3 hours after i bought it. ive done mad research on every game ive bought since then, and havent been dissatisfied with anything else ive purchased.drummer131

research is key. just make sure not to rely entirely on online critics' reviews.

As for my worst purchase, it'd have to be Diddy Kong Racing DS, which sadly I asked for for my last birthday. I LOVED the original, but the remake just made me sick.

Agreed. Diddy Kong Racing DS was a HUGE letdown. As for my worst DS game though, it'd have to be Contact. It was over-hyped, the battle system was horrible, and the story felt like it was written by a little kid.

I liked CR for Gamecube but I don't see myself playing the game on the DS unless it is vastly different or better.Boba_Fett_3710

It is very similar but also very different from the GC Chibi-Robo. Where the GC game focused on exploration, this one is a bit of a park building sim but retains the look and feel of the first game. If you enjoyed the GC game then you should definitely check this one out.

Worst game I've played for the DS yet = Contact. That game was SO bad I traded it in immediately after I saw its horrible ending.

Nope, not a chance...Mother 1 and 2 were already ported to the GBA in Japan and Nintendo totally ignores the huge EB fanbase to care about Mother 3...so sadly it won't happen.Fick1122

Not exactly. While its true that Nintendo has no plans for a release of Mother 3 right now, the inclusion of Lucas in SSBB may likely do the same for Earthbound as putting Roy and Marth in SSBM did for Fire Emblem. Since then, three Fire Emblem games have been released with a fourth one scheduled to release for the Wii soon, so I'm not giving up hope yet.

Hmmm...thanks for the input. I guess most people like Rune Factory best so I might go with that. I actually really want Heroes of Mana first though but I heard the AI is incredibly bad. I've played the battle network games so I kinda want to try Megaman Star Force and I love harvest moon so Rune Factory has big appeal. Arggh...its going to be a tough decision!

The ending to Battle Network 6 isn't that bad at all, at least I didn't think so. It could've had a better ending but all in all it could be said that 6 is the best Battle Network game since 3. I would recommend it (although a word of caution: Bass does not appear as part of the storyline once again although he is in the extra area at the end)
