To start off this week i got skate for 39.99 for a new copy and i got a coupon for 25% used games at gamestop and i got r:fom and army of two for about 70$. i havnt played army of 2 cause me and my friend want to do split screen. rfom im going through story and sadly my used box it came in is broken on the bottom and it makes annoying noises when i open and close it:evil: (yes nate we can plzy online soon :)...i was a little serprised about rfom tho. people act like it has bad grapics and gets boring. i find it to have good grapics(not compared to cod4 but still good).
Now for e3. well ill break it up into sections/
Microsoft- well nothing much to me. gears looked the same as the first really and none of there new games interest me. it seems there focused on casual players and only gears, fable and too human for the hardcore. there biggest surprire was a ps3 game also.
Sony-To me the best confrenese of all. the killzone 2 part was awesome. gow3 trailer was cool but short. dc mmo looks ok im not sure what you really do on it. lbp looked cool and showed what its like to make your own level. then MAG came and it looks sweet. the only way i can see this is really by dedicated servers and lots of them. but it leaves alot of things in question and only time will answer them really.
nintendo-was really sad. i have a wii and only one new game this year and that will be animal crossing city folk i'll also pick up no more heros some time. and looks like my ds only gets two new games and thats world ends with you and core. so ninty disapoited all.
so sony>microsoft>ninty
also like to say that fallout 3 has got another day one sale from me and that cod5 turned me off even more and i wont get it.
