If it hasn't been pointed out yet, Pascal's Wager is considered one of the weakest arguments for the existence of God. I rate it just slightly ahead of the First Cause argument. The easiest way to counter attack Pascal is by arguing that if I do accept God as being real just so I can get into heaven, I would surely be eternally damned since God would know that I was believing in him for the sake of receiving eternal life. Pascal's Wager sounds great on paper, but it falls apart when you consider it actually being applied.
