@dancingcactus: You won't find anywhere else easily where you can poll 52k people at once for a subject so you have to take what you can get. If just asking a casual fan on the street then you will probably have Pikachu and Squirtle in the top 10 but if you ask fans that are a little more invested in the games that isn't normally the case. That is why Gengar was so high with more hardcore fans since he is the best ghost attacker in the main series games with his move sets and if you play Pokemon Go he is the best DPS ghost type attacker by a significant margin.
@Thanatos2k: Gengar has been my favorite since I was a kid. Would have him on Pokemon Blue using Dream Eater after putting a mon to sleep with my Butterfree. Still great memories from 20 years ago.
Another thing is that Gengar is actually one of the best ghost attackers in the games with his move sets. If you still play Pokemon Go he is also the best DPS ghost type attacker by a significant margin, even though he's a glass cannon.
@vs_shield: Yep. They started to just look like inanimate objects or things that are so far out there that they are just bad. Really seemed like they just got lazy trying to add more after the first few generations.
@Zeevs86: You can run the Underground solo pretty easily if you get some high end gear from other areas first. The reason you are finding it hard to get teammates is your gear score level. Most people are already maxed or at least to 229 where 1.4 had it maxed to. On top of your GS being pretty low for MM the new Survival expansion just came out so most of the DLC players are on that currently.
This article speaks the truth. Preorders would not be such a problem if they stopped adding special in game content for them. I don't mind preordering to get a collector edition with special items like art books, special cases or making of DVD. When they attach special in game items to preorders when the game costs the same for everyone its annoying.
Great article and read. I was boggled by the ending for a day or so after beating it but not in a bad way. I thought about the ending a lot and figured out my own theories to it. Once I started reading all the hate online it made me laugh. Seems like everyone had the ending already planned out in their mind that was basically "Shepard kills the Reapers and settles down with his stories love interest". Bioware effectively threw a monkey wrench into their idea and now tons of complaints. Like Laura said in NO WAY should Bioware change the ending. It is their work and if you don't like it no one is forcing you to buy their next game. We have our ending like it or not. I hope we get more games from the ME universe in the future. My only real problem with ME3 was the lack of details about where the Reapers came from and who actually built them. Synthetic AI's do not just make themselves after all.
