Over the twentyfour years that i have lived this life. One thing always kept me busy, Gaming. Almost everybody is doing it these days, whethere it is in the train, airplane, bus or just at home. Gaming has grow to multibillion dollar industrie. Even your grandma is playing games these days. but how did it all become like this.

Let's start with the first game ever made by men. it was a tennis game on a radar device from WWII, this was back in 1958 called Tennis for Two. A simple dot was the tennis ball with a small opsticle in the middle of the radar as the net. and with two analog devices you could move the ball from one side to the other. But that was in the very beginning and started to become the game we now know as Pong. Everybody who has been playing games over the last twenty years knows the game Pong. a simple black screen with some white objects on the screen wich was released on the Magnavox. it did not take long for the people who created this to make other type of games like basketball or bowling.

But the gaming hype did not really start untill Nintendo & Atari came along. With the Nintendo 8-Bit and the Atari 2600 as they launched titels like Super Mario Brothers and Space Invaders. This was like the first console wars back in the day. and sadly Atari lost this fight very fast with the uprising of the NES. Many games where created on the NES and over 61 million units where sold worldwide. Nintendo Made a name for itself. But it wasnt untill 1990 that Sega came allong with their consoles to shake things up a bit for Nintendo. And as whe now all know Sega did not make it al the way to this day as a console manufacture. But the team still makes alot of games under the name Sega.

In 1994 a new company try's there luck at gaming consoles, Sony Computer Entertainment. With the arrival of the Playstation. As seen on the Sega Mega drive they use CD's with much more storage of gaming fun. In the same time nintendo wanted to be on top of the market, and with the NES and the SNES already released, they try there luck to keep beating Sony. This time it was the Virtual Boy. But things did not go like Nintendo wanted it to be. The system did not lived up to the hype and Sony was still on top of things.

In 1996 Nintendo Launched there new Console the Nintendo 64. This console had more power than the Playstation and was better looking at the time. the only problem was they where still putting the games on Microchips. 4 Years after that Sony released there new Console, The Playstation 2. This was a far more powerfull system with 128bit graphics and dvd drive. Many people bought the playstation 2 at that time because it was the best there was at the time. It did not take long for Nintendo to make a good comeback with the Gamecube. But at the same time another player joins the party, Microsoft. With there Xbox they showed the people how games should be played. alltough not many people where listening at the time to this new console. they stuck to what they know and that was the Playstation. Nintendo was loosing the battle of the consoles.

And that brings us the present. whe now have got the Playstation 3 the Xbox 360 and the Nintendo Wii. As the Battle for the best has going on for 25 years. Nintendo always kept a spot in the top 3. Gaming also has changed over these years. almost everyone has played a game in there live. whether it is on a console, handheld or the internet. Everybody has been caught by the hype of Gaming.

The main question is what will this do for the future. well you will see all these console will focus on a complete package like you already seeing now. Gaming and Multimedia together on one system. and also a easy and fun way to play games like Nintendo is doing on the Wii. Microsoft and Sony will also go in the same direction as this makes more money. After all more people playing on your system is more money. In the next 5 to 10 years there will not be any new next gen console. Basicly because it's too expensive and the technology isnt here. And still the consoles that we now use have still along way to go till they are maxed out. So will there be a Xbox 720 or a Playstation 4. well maybe they will give it that name but it will only be an upgraded version of the one you have in you home now. it will basicly be the same as Sony does now with the PSP upgrades. Psp 1000, 2000, and now 3000. this will flow over into the new consoles. my guess whe will see an upgrade of the consoles every year. whether it's a hard drive upgrade or some chip that needs to be replaced. But as long as the games are good it's all good.

Ok i just have begon playing Castle Crashers, and did the first 8 bosses. And alltough it's not the best game in the world. But it is the most funniest game i ever played i think. the characters and bosses looks really funny when you hit them. but also the enviorment looks good and funny. in one mission, where a big black creature/monster is coming for you. there is an owl sitting on a tree branch. and when the owl hears the beast coming, he crabs himself empty. next part in the misson you you see 3 deers eating some grass. but then again they hear the beast coming. and they **** all over the place and trust themself out of the levels. and then you have a big bear who is looking angry at you. and then the bear is hearing the beast coming. and guess what. yeah the bear is taking a dump. Ok perhaps when you read it like this it isnt that funny, but when you play the game and see what happens you will know why its that funny. so check it out in the game you will gonne laugh your ass off, just like the animals.

Ok so the pub games are out now. and i have played a few over the last 2 days. and my first impression is that the games are pretty good. it's not that good but still it will do for a free game. it's fun to gamble on your xbox. and the extra content and gold is a nice bonus for fable 2. Best game is spinnerbox i think. easy way to make money. the other two games are also nice but they more difficult to earn money with.My character has got almost 200.000 gold. thats pretty nice. but i was wondering what the rest of you people have earned out there in the pub games.

Ok the first conference is over. with a not to good of a start for gamespot. but hey it could have happend for any other site. earlier this week gamespot where already having problem with the user uploads. so the week started of bad. an then yesterday the whole site went down. but do understand you cannot always exspect these things even as you know a lot of people are gonna watch the site. if million's of people log on to the same site worldwide, there's always gonna be a chance that servers cannot handle that. the main reason why that didnt happens to other games sites was basicly because they had less viewers online. but as gamespot said things will be better today with the nintendo press conference. so let's keep our fingers crossed and see what will happen. anyway, you all have fun this E3. and good luck to everyone at Gamespot.

Whe all want to see our games at this years E3, but her is a list of games i would like to see.

Animal Crossing 2

The first game on nds suprised me alot. Never thought i loved to play a game where the only thing you need to do is Dig, Fish and be an interior decorator. i have played this game for many days and i would love to see another one on the Nintendo DS or on the Wii. I would have no clue what they would have to chance to make it better. Maybe some more things to do, and other special ingame events.

Elders Scroll V

Oblivion rocked, but than again i had no social life with that game. played for many hours. But it looked so damm good. and played so freaking awesome. There for i hope to see the next one at E3, but that aint going to happen i think. maybe they will announche the next one. But if you keep your hopes up it might come true.

Grand Theft Auto: Vice City 2

I think that everyone would like to see this one come out in a couple of years. i dont think they will tell us anything about the sequal. probably they will tell us more about the expansion for GTA4. either way this game is coming dont know when, but you can bet your xbox or playstation on it.

Perfect Dark 2

It maybe wishfull thinking, but since the game came out in 2005, there where alot of copy's sold of this game. it would not be a bad idea for Rare to put another one in the making. there where rumors. but rumors are just rumors. but wouldn't it be cool PD2 with better graphics and new multiplayer area's. let's hope the girl with the blue outfit comes back in 2009/2010.

Assassin's Creed 2

Whe all know there is going to be a second one coming out after the ending of the last game. And tough the game was very much doing the same thing over and over. it had a sertain flair to it. it looks good and had some big city's to walk around in. I hope they pick another time frame for the second one to take place in. not because it was bad. but just because whe have seen these locations and want to see some new things. and perhaps some more things to do in the open world.

Dead Rising 2

Besides the save option, the first game had it all, humor, horror, action and good graphics. perhaps they would continue the francise of Dead Rising. It was so funny to kill a zombie with a lightsaber or roll them over with a bowlingball. maybe they can put 2000 zombies on screen at the same time :). whe just have to wait and see what capcom will be doing this E3.

The same goes for every other publisher/developer, i think this E3 will bring alot of suprices to the table. Some good games are already announced, Gears of War 2, Saint's Row 2, Fable 2, Fallout 3. But those are all sequals to a game. perhaps some new and interesting stuff will cross our path.

Yeah i know what you people think who have played CoD4, there is no way BF is better. But you guys are wrong. I have both the games. and in some ways Bad Company is better. Here's my opinion why that is.

First of all, the destructive enviroments. thats a major plus in Bad Company. it's cool that you can blow yourself a way trough a house. The weapons are basicly the same. with a few extra handy things like artillery strike and laser guided missle's. almost every weapon has a secondary fire option. like a granade launcher. the graphics are pretty cool too. but like in call of duty 4 there isnt much differents. in Bad Company it has a bit of a shady look. the controll's are different in a good way. it's a bit of getting used to but after you get the hang of it it go's smoothly. And like the strongest part in CoD4 the multiplayer is the main part of Bad Company. with 8 Lvl's to choose from and earning rankings and weapons as you play. the multiplay options are very alike.

So to say BF: Bad Company is better. in some ways it is. if you really like CoD4 you should buy them both for the experiance of blowing stuff up. i would say i give them a 50/50. both has some fun options. and of course the single play of CoD4 is an Epic story.

I just played trough MGS4. And i must say what a game.

The story was intense, like a giant rollercoaster. Never have i played such a game like this. No wonder it has been giving all 10 by every gaming site. there are a total of five act's in the game. it's sound short only five, but it is gigantic. you will at least play 3 to 5 hours on each act. This game is an experiance on it's own. it's like a long movie where you play the main character.
