title say it all, would u rather have a full Retail Copy of ur games with box and manual or the usual cheaper version from steam? i like the fact steam organize ur games in 1 folder, u can back em all up in case of future problems and also auto updates everything, record ur hours played, etc... but i always feel im missing something since u dont get the hard copy and case :|

[QUOTE="Shinobi8286"]

[QUOTE="Xeros606"]To my knowledge, racing games aren't as popular on PC. The most popular genres among PC gamers are FPS, WRPG, MMORPG, and RTS. TBH I think racing games are better on console anyways; using a controller feels more natural than a keyboard. Sandbox isn't really a genre, it's more of a style. Morrowind, Assassins Creed, and S.T.A.L.K.E.R. can all be classified as sandbox games, but they are all different genres (RPG, action/platformer, and FPS respectively). There also isn't any strict definition for what a sandbox game can be; TLoZ can be considered a sandbox game in some ways. That said, sandbox games are just as popular on PC than on consoles. Whether you buy them for your PC or your PS3 is all going to come down to personal preference. P.S.: That's a very good rig, but I think you should have gone with a 5000 series Radeon GPU or a GTX 400 series GeForce for DX11 compatibility.Xeros606

yeah bro i got mine 2 month before GTX 480, and EVGA wouldn't let me upgrade =( this card still runs pretty kik ass =)

Eh, if it makes you feel better, I think DX11 is going to end up the same as the DX10. A few games will use it, then DX12 gets unveiled in a year. Also, the new Fermi cards run hotter than hell and use up lots of electricity.

wow i actually didnt know that lol, well i think this card gonna last me a while since when i got it its was 539.99 USD, and i hope i wont need to spend money on video card for while lolz

also do u PC gamers play GTA series on PC or leave that on console? the reason im asking is im a huge fan of series and love to play em on max potential but if its not that great on pc ill stick with console version, problem is if i ever wanna play the older GTA games like VC and SA and GTA III, i have to bring my old ps2 out of closit and set it up again vs pc that i can install even the older games with probly better graphics and performance...

Hi pc gamers, since i recently finished getting my gaming rig together ive been researching alot and finnaly came to the point to use my pc as my main gaming platform, ive been playing RPG/MMO/RTS/FPS games on my pc and kindda starting to play Racing and Sandbox games on my pc instead of PS3, here comes 2 questions,

1. do u guys enjoy playing racing games (Blur, Split/Second, NFS) on ur Rig? do ppl play these games online as much as console gamers?

2. do u guys also play sandbox/platformer games like GTA IV/Assassin Creed/Prince of Persia on ur Rig or leave those kinda games for console if u have one?
