I personally have yet to play ME3 and odds are I won't. I've read quite a ton into ME3's ending and honestly I can see how people feel robbed. In a way, I feel a little discouraged that people are trying to use the, "ZOMG IT'S ART!" excuse to cover for a poorly delivered product. That's what this is in the end, a PRODUCT. If you were to purchase a vehicle and it didn't deliver what it promised you would get your money back. Same with an appliance or any kind of electronics. While I agree that they shouldn't change the ending, they already made that decision and need to handle the consequences of that, people should be able to get back the $60+ they spent. If a company can't stand behind what it promises to deliver then it will lose the support of it's customer base.

Personally, I miss how the gaming industry used to be. Back when games were more for adults and geeks than the main stream audience. When you had actual gamers designing for gamers who had a passion and genuinely enjoyed the experience knowing that people who truly felt the same way were going to be enjoying their product. I think that's why we have not had so many outstanding title hits. I mean, where are the amazing games we used to have? Unnatural Selection Fallout (I'm sorry, but three just does not count in my opinion) X-Com: UFO Defense Syndicate Tie Fighter Silent Hill Even games that are still at the "top" of their charts are just recycled content with a graphical upgrade. Call of Duty 5 is a prime example. Resident Evil 5 was more or less Resident Evil 4 with drastically less content and still cost -more- Silent Hill 5 was god awful following in the image of the film Halo 3 was unfortunately a big meh for me. Probably was for thousands of PC Gamers who had always had something better. It was neat when it first came out. Shiny graphics and physics after all. Well, i'll end the rant. Games are just not really fun or original anymore. The challenge is gone and they are quickly becoming more generic and lacking any form of real difficulty...making them almost pointless to buy for some of us. Especially in today's economic world where a lot of us can't afford $69.99 for a new release title =\
