I felt this was appropriate for my first blog as LucasArts are responsible for my initial interest in games as my earliest memories of playing games include Indiana Jones and the Fate of Atlantis and the Last Crusade. Their impressive catalogue of games includes these early point and click Indiana Jones games, Maniac Mansion and its sequel Day of the Tentacle, the Monkey Island games, Grim Fandango, Lego Indy and Star Wars and an endless list of other Star Wars games. I remember playing Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade followed by the Fate of Atlantis and thinking I had found something that no one else knew about. After completing these, I branched out to find similar games, most of which were also from LucasArts (excluding my love for the Broken Sword games). I then made friends with some kid who seemed into his games and he introduced me to things like Worms and Lemmings. Thus; my love for games was officially born. So thank you LucasArts, if it weren't for you, I wouldn't be the gamer I am today! :) P.S. Le Chuck is my buddy.
