I now blog at the GAP yo, gamespot is cool and all but, im just not feelin it anymore. Here is my FIRST/LAST post.

My name is Mike and my PSN name is Dryde. I have been with the Playstation family for a long time now, starting with PS2 and all the way through with PSP and PS3. It has been an incredible ride with some bumps in the road. Got my PS3 January 10th 2007 and throughout that year I kept up with everything it had to offer and eventually upgraded it to a 250GB HDD with Ubuntu, packed it with tons of music albums with album art, game videos, loads of personal pictures and games with game saves. Everything was organized on it complimenting my 32" 1080i Sony Bravia TV with a Sony audio 5.1 surround receiver via HDMI AND DIGITAL OPTICAL connections... it was the 4th dimension. Over a year later with 16 PS3 games and 16 Blu-Ray movies the PSN was starting to evolve in newer and better ways. On February 12th 2008 the PS3 died, I basically came home from work and turned it on, went to the bathroom, came out of the bathroom and it was off with a blinking red light of doom indicating how it "over heated", Prior to calling Sony I did troubleshoot and concluded that it was never going to reach the XMB nor even turn on for that matter. February 26th I sent Sony the PS3 with its original HDD and I kept my 250GB HDD so that I wont lose all my data *shutter*. Seven days later I got a brand spanking new 60GB PS3, I put in my 250GB HDD and booted it up and to my expected surprise it wanted to reformat the HDD due to it not being its native drive... a horrible moment for me due to how much I did not want all my game saves and media to be lost. I referred to the forums for advice and to my distain it turns out that there is no way to save that data without utilizing the backup utility method prior to death. I ordered an enclosure to see if the XMB or WindowsXP would detect the drive and alas, they do not (waste of frickin moneys). Yesterday I gave in and went about with reinserting the 250GB HDD and reformatting it on PS3 and I now have to accept the fact my 16 and up PS3 game saves are no more. As of yesterday and today I am in the process of obtaining pictures and music that is left over on my computer, my friend's computers and the social networking sites, it will be a ***** to redo all the album art and redownloading all the games and videos again. Now on the brighter side of things the PS3 will last me for 8 years so the loss of the first years worth of data I expect to be over shrouded by better services, memories and games as long as I backup my utility once every month or two without it giving me any blinking red light of doom. PLAY IT LOUD.

Not as much as the past though

everyone is gone. im not going to list those awsome editors, but all the cool ones are gone so. this is a stupid site now. im not going to go into detail how much i used to adore it and bleed for it. www.kotaku.com and www.1up.com is the wins.

The Orange Box has delivered a viseral intense real time rush that very few games were able deliver to me in a long time. I still cannot beleve Half-Life 2 is about five years old and looks so next (current) gen. Its almost February and I still have about eight games under my belt I need to experience and somewhat complete. Throughout the weeks info has been pouring all over my face with Smash Bros. and a thousand other games that we are waiting to endure between now and summer of 09. But thats thinking way too far ahead. Im more excited for the services and firmware updates that will accompany these titles (HOME).

My girl is the ultra goddess I have been obsessed with, I still cannot believe I have her as a lover best friend kick ass apprentice, 8-9 months ago I would have never seen that coming. Our relationship is only something to envy by others, the true innovations is yet to come. VERY HOT!. NSFW!!!! OMG#@! in addition she rolls mean blunts and drinks glass boot shaped beers like a pro. Im still having a little trouble getting her into games, the Wii & DS works on her well though (how **** surprising) (cooking mama) (wii sports and Mii). At the moment I am at work and very bored, blogging really proves to me how long it has been since I have done any writing, and shows how deficient my grammar is. 8:30 - 5:30 ... very **** annoying. Im poor too much and i need money, new years resolution to save more and better. I pray to god I can move out with Baldan and her girl friends in the BCC area area Paramus, till then- may the force be with me. My car needs to get fixed before it breaks in whatever manner it decides to break in, better safe then sorry.

I expect more partying and gaming and less money spending, if I save more and better money and watch what days I want to take off then this summer should be one of the best (it would be my first summer with a car).

WITH GAMES. I have so many games to play, likeI said beforeon how I knew this was gonna happen, November and December with SO MANY GAMES AND MY WALLET DIES, I am playing these games and I wishI didnt **** work all morning and afternoon, and i go to the gym after work now.
I got my girl to come over my house and into my videogame room and she collected star-bits with me in Mario... it was very sexy.

I knew this was going to happen, November was going to come and a thousand amazing kick ass games will come out and overwhelm me from my girlfrienfd and work. As you can tell im playing like 8 games including Mario Galaxy with50 stars, RockBand, Ass.Creed, Uncharted, possibly Warhawk, Zelda DS whichI am stuck and a lil bored with, Guitar Hero 3 with all bonus tracks and 22/42 songs done on medium, Everyday shooter got up to level 4, obssesed with Call of Duty 4 naturally, and more downloadable things and media managing PS3 monster Wii. break a sweat. My wallet ishurting and im **** poor causeI got Rockband 2 days after it came out. My girl is a pure goddess and is Über super crazy sexy hott and i have been going to the gym everyday to get ripped within 2 months. Im at work and bored and things suck cause i dont have the amount of money i want. I need money and power then life will be perfect. MONEY AND POWER.
