I agree with @Master_2K4 . Everytime I get interested in a game , I dont get hyped and pre order it unless I'm a dedicated fan . Anything else , I wait for it to come out and watch a few gameplays and at least 2-3 reviews just to get a clear picture from different angles . It's their job to "hustle" us though . If they just put a simple collage of gameplay in front of us , pretty much no one besides fans of whatever it is would buy it til they tried it themselves...

I agree with @DeFiLeDTitan Current Gen consoles aren't necessarily old yet and aren't even close to being fully utilized . Kinect has only been out for a year or so . There's a few different things that could be tweaked and added to make the 360 even better . I think by the time PS3 came out , PS2 had its run . Heck they were still dropping PS2 games while the PS3 was out , where Microsoft stopped pretty much right when the 360 dropped . Sony is probably planning a PS2 -> PS3 type release with the PS4...
