It's safe to say that it no longer matters what system you get a multiplatform game for nowadays. These articles are no longer necessary, and now we can focus more on actual gameplay and stuff that matters instead of b*tching about AA.

spoco have you ever seen the difference between 1024x768 and 1600x1200 resolutions? I have a 22" widescreen and the change is enormous. I cant play games at 600x800 ever again, and 1024x768 barely cuts it. Hopefully I'll get 30fps with 1600x1200 on high settings on my new monster pc (8800 GTX, quad-core proc, 2 gigs ram, and vista 32 bit). I'm thinking about maybe getting another 8800 when the price comes down though. Then hopefully I can run the game at very high.
