I had a similar problem before. On the back of my modem, there was a little reset button. The kind that you need to press with a pen or such. When you switch it over to the xbox, press it for 15 seconds, then let it reboot back up. Afterwards, you should be fine. What exactly do I tell the DSL then?the best thing to do is contact your dsl support. They should be more than happy to walk you through the basic set up. However, if it gets to the point where the router itself is the issue, they will refer you to the router manufacturer for more specialized support. You just bought the router so in both cases the support should be free and offer a more in depth and specialized support experience than those of us on the boards.
