Ok. So people are talking about her appearance. But how many video games actually have realistic character. Yes there are a few like HL2, however, a lot of games out there have weird characters that don't look right. There are a lot that talk or move weirdly. These are video games, not movies with real people acting. We shouldn't judge them the same way as other mediums. Games have a lot of shortcomings, but over time we have come to look past those.

I don't understand what people are complaining about. Heavy Rain was an impressive trailer. Yes some things didn't quite fit, but why are people saying she is "uncanny" and "disturbing". Wasn't Mary Smith auditioning? Wasn't she pretending to be someone else? It's called acting. Remember her in the beginning? She was a sweet women. Why are people freaked out by her? Are you freaked out by every actor you see in a movie? This just doesn't make sense and I think people are blowing this out of proportion.
