To the casual's, this is true. Nintendo have done this before though. Gameboy Colour - Gameboy Advance. Both different, though similar names. So Nintendo will try their best to push this onto T.V screen in peoples homes and they'll have to do something that will show them its not just added a 3D display onto a DS.

3D is just one of the goodies the 3DS is providing. The 3DS is a whole new platform. Like a PS2 and a PS3, Nintendo is going from DS to 3DS. Nintendo do this a lot.

Its like when they did Gameboy Colour, and then they released the Gameboy Advance. Similar name, whole new console handheld. Now they're doing it with DS, they're going to 3DS.

Well we've seen a few different colours at E3, but I am going to get the Black and Grey one. Why? Well, just look at the Nintendo 3DS Wikipedia page, and look at the picture of it on the right. That thing looks sexy! Also, it looks to me more like an N64 portable because of its colour. Its relevant to my interests 8)
