Ex-Blizzard north guys are making this game. The lead designers of Diablo series all formed a new company called flagship studios. They got sick of the Blizzard tards coz they won't let them make another game , instead focused their attention to World of warcarft. So the lead designer Bill blooper Quit and took half of the team with him. They have now been designing this game for few years, and they had neimco to help also EA Games are helping in the Distribution of this game.

Hellgate will apparently feature the same additive game play , items hunt , skill trees , etc ... will also have randomising maps with lots of hack and slash action gameplay, level cap at only 50 , but im sure like wow they will have expansions to increase that cap. Only thing that this takes part in the future and remember in D2 we were always saying 'I wish we had guns'. lol this one will have them.

So you could say this is the new diablo 3 but i wouldn't want to say that just incase it doesn't live up to the hype, This is the New game of the Diablo style action hack n slash item hunt addictive fun future guns demon killing blood guts boss eating zombie MADDNESS!!!

There is strategy to it, just a different type of thinking. Strategy being challenging not being able to win easily. Playing with Bots is no fun, but playing with players in multi player is different , Simply because you dont find it challenging doesn't mean its not Strategy , its simply they way you play.

The Game is much more Difficult and more demanding when playing with real players and using your wits to conquerer them.

If you really want a Strategy, something more slow paced , something making you really think , try Chess!

From the looks of the trailler the graphics look Pritty decent, better than most games that have been released last year.

I only hope it isnt going to be a PS3 Thing and they wait 3 months before they release it on PC and other platforms , they have done that before.

The Thing about GTA series, its not the mission storyline,Cars , Police , side queststhat is in the game but it more of the 'Freedom', the ability to do almost anything. The sense of the Freedom that people just like and that's why they have this hype about it, not many games have been able to replicate this formula as well as GTA. Mafia was good as well just in a different time-line.

I have heard halo 2 is playable in co-op , needs vista. Also I have heard shadowrun Has co-opp as well.

As well as most other Driving games Are good, they are not co-op where you go through the mission together, just multilayer LAN/Internet. If thats what you want then any game with Multi play feature LAN/Internet sound do the trick.

The Thing was with Diablo 2 , when you went online it was, Creating your own game , Hosting a game if you like. Like making a Game on Counter Strike and people join the game though your Computer with your map you selected.

But with Guild Wars you all played on a specific sever (US-1 , US-2 etc..) Public if you like you all had a meeting place that was run by Arena-Games( Forgot company name). Then you would get people together and team up then "Instance" or Zone in to a new area which it is run off by your computer, your Computer takes the map and runs it on your system , so less lagg.

In truth i dont know what hellgate system is , but if its close to Guildwars then Why the Subscription cost? Its not like they have to pay to the maintenance of live sever systems like WOW. Or to pay for Future content , and ongoing development ... what ever it maybe why not have an expansion? just seems overly greedy , but if it lives up for the hype then im willing to pay fees.

I wish Someone from Beta or Alpha or Flagship help us clear this question up.

Kind of like oblivion but more bleak and dark , unforunatly not a terribly well put together game, lacks in many aspects. Not somthing i would recommend to a Friend if you know what i mean.

Oh yeah also Neverwinter night series might be good as well
