Me. Renting it. It's sandbox, I'll play it for a few hours and get bored, there isn't much of a plot, so not much for me to get excited about. I may consider purchasing a PC version if it comes out. Mods pwn!!Fenrir_DarkWolf
Not much of a plot?!!! Are you kidding? You can't be serious unless all you did was sandbox instead of actually completing the missions. GTA games have the best stories ever!
Duh! Everybody seems to think you are asking how to buy it without getting carded or whatever. You are actually asking how to get your parents on your side. I think the only thing you can do is borrow a friends copy (of any GTA game) and try to get your parents to play it to show them what GTA is really like.

Well it's certainly not as bad a the media makes it out to be. From the news you would think it's main focus is to kill and/or have sex with every character in the game. If they played it, they would see it's more about freedom, exploration, and just plain fun.

halo 1 was a great game, halo 2 was a good multiplayer but the story was nothing new, and halo 3 was the exact same thing as halo 2 with a new (and bad) story, and new (and worse) maps. halo 2 was a great game and did a lot for getting online gaming mainstream along with WoW, but halo 3 did nothing to innovate the genre and didn't distinguish itself from halo 2. kinda like r6v2, it's a great game, but it's the same thing as the first one with a worse framerate but better textures. halo just isn't as popular as it used to be, even though halo 3 was a good game, it was the same thing as halo 2. that is why i gave it such a low score. if a game doesn't offer something that hasnt been offered before it isn't worth it imo.luigismansion101
Huge innovation in Halo 3: Forge. I have nearly as much fun making my own maps as I do playing the game!
This is simply a backlash for all the prehype by fans before Halo 3 was even out. Too many people were so brainwashed by commercials, they practically wet their pants before it was in stores. Those are fans who spread the hype with nothing (at the time) to back it up. I'm a huge fan of Halo 3 myself, but after the disappointment of Halo 2, I learned to keep my mouth shut. Now that R6V2, COD4, and Halo 3 are out, I think everybody should put their feelings aside and objectively look at these games for what they truly are. Rainbow Six is probably the best on the strategy side of things. Halo 3 is better at action. I'm not a hater but I was not very impressed with COD4. Halo 3 has more online options, better physics, and there are so many game options that you can practically make any game you could ever want. For the people who say COD4 is more mature and geared toward more teamwork and skill, you should try playing SWAT or MLG in Halo 3.
Why would anyone buy a PS3 when all the best games are on the 360? Halo 3, GTAIV, Ace Combat, Half-Life, Call of Duty,Quake Wars etc... Yeah, Killzone 2 looks awesome but looks wear off quick. Gameplay is what companies need to focus on. Remember how the first Killzone was supposed to be the next Halo and it turned out to be a HUGE disappointment? Unreal is also overrated. Fun at first but I never got burned out on a game so fast. Halo 3 is a sure thing and you can't get that on on PS3.
