Me and my brother got (2) XBOX 360's, (2) TV's and (2) copies of COD4.

I set up a System Link game and my brother can join my created game from the other room. Problem is we both have headsets but there is a Red X on the microphone, and we can't talk to eachother as we play against eachother.

How do we get the mics working? thanks

Basically I ran out of money and they suspended my Live account

Whats wierd is I try to sing in, and it says my "account is suspended due to a problem with payment option.... "

I click on Update Profile, and it takes me to the Account Management screen, but it is only there for a few seconds and then it logs me back out, and nothing happens.

Since I don't have a credit card, how do I renew with my 1-Month free card?

Thanks

The reason I got the HDMI was because my component cables weren't letting me switch out of 480i. I posted the problem here and you guys said to get a HDMI. Ill try the 10-second power on button trick, and Ill get back to you in a few minutes.

I unplugged my component cables, and plugged in my PS3 with a new HDMI cable I bought.

For some reason, when I turn on the PS3, I can hear the game, but the screen is black? What could be causing it? I borrowed my friends HDMI cable and the same thing is happening. Is my PS3 broken? Its pretty dusty, could that be affecting it?

Thanks

J

On a Sony 1080i HDTV, my PS3 won't switch out of 480i? Im using component cables. I check all HD resolution boxesin settings (480i, 480p, 720p, 1080i). The screen just goes black and it goes back to 480i? What's the deal?

Side note: If I keep repeating this process enough, occasionaly the screen will go to 1080i but after 30 seconds it goes back to 480i and there is no way to save the changes? If I press a button during the 30 second countdown, it also automatically goes back to 480i?

whats going on?
