You know what. A market where the only competition to a console is a PC is a great thing for innovation.

Personally, I'll be picking up a PS4. I don't know why, but I prefer to play games on a console, rather than a watercooler.

The 3DS' gimmick as a massive flop, and PS Vita comes with more technology than we've ever seen in a single gadget, for a decent price. It's not hard to predict PSVita outselling 3ds.

Forza is a better game. That is a fact, it has better features and better online.

GT5 is considered more hardcore though. Doesn't make it better, the game has been ignorant on pretty much all the advances in gaming besides graphics. The online functionality is bare bones compared to Forza

I agree that everything about GT5 feels like bare bones, no sense of campaign flow, online is basic, etc.

But the driving is simply better in GT5. Also tracks and sounds are more accurately reproduced. That's what makes GT5 a better racing simulator, even if the ouside package is more dated.

Really? How is GT5 for casuals? Forza 4 is more arcade, has flashbacks, has more assists, is infinitely easier. GT5 is definitelly for a more hardcore racing crowd than Forza is. It takes more dedication to get 3 golds in the Sebastian Vettel Challenge in GT5 than it takes to get all achievements from Forza 4.

CoD is the same game every year.

Assassin's Creed has had the most incredible evolution, from a really fun and very flawed sandbox game, to a masterpiece sequel, to a sequel that improved in everything and added creative and unique multiplayer. And the DLC? Cheap and fun. CoD dlc? 20$ map packs.

Ultimate editions and collectors edition and stuff are irrelevant, they just allow hardcore fans to get special extras.

But if you really wan't to mention the different special editions, let's not forget which game had the extremely overpriced Prestige Editions

ITT CoDnoob whining about the best game this gen.

Textures and polygons wise, they look about the same. But one is that one is beautiful, colorful and has a better framerate, and the other has brown, grey and blur and jaggies.

Deus Ex HR is the best game we've had this gen. The only advantage ME has over it is the duration of the game.
