Well a lot has happened since the last time I posted here, but I'm too lazy to type about.
I'm planning to whoop some at my return to Friday Night Magic tomorrow. Heh, my white deck is severely under-powered from taking my extended cards out. :o But I'll probably beat at least 2 or more people.
I'm going to trade in Star Wars Battlefront today to get a used game at Blockbuster...
I know I know, I used to have it for PS2 (traded it in) and it's the second time I've owned it for Xbox and the last time. The only reason I got it was because of the multi-player and the hype to Star Wars Episode III Revenge of the Sith heh. Hopefully they'll improve on the second installment which is coming out soon.
I'm finding more fun now playing games I haven't played in a while, notably Conker Live and Reloaded and Phantom Dust. I really don't think I'll be getting Rainbow Six Lockdown, but I might rent it. One of my pet-peeves about playing video games is when game developers make sequels that change the game drastically or just plain crappy from the orginal in such a disgusting way... Street Fighter EX3, Tetris Worlds, and so on. In many cases however such as Final Fantasy IIV, Super Mario 64, and Halo 2, the results are breathtaking and extraordinary.
In either way though I'll probably get used to a sequel shooter and take it as something completely different as I did with the upgrade of game mechanics from Halo: Combat Evolved to Halo 2, but most hardcore players of that franchise will probably feel disappointed.
