I'm a proud owner of my ownofficial nes nintendotop loader,No more blinking, no more lockout chip (means you can play PAL games and others too!).

3rd party top loaders are weak, and cause problems, I never got and don't want one, and evendon't trust them.

Ican recommend it toyou and go buya officialtop loader, unless you're okay with cons and flaws that it has.

PROS: No Blinking Screens, much smaller, PAL supported, andno more blowing.

CONS: NoAudio and Video connection, Small dullcolumn lines (low quality video)and dull colors visible with some games (wash out colors), andNot Game Genie compatible (I heard it won't fit anway).

officialTop Loader, known as NES 2, is now a rarecollectable and anexpensive item in market today. good luckgetting one of them.

I got mine fromjunk sale (they clean out houses and keep them)for only $1, LOL, best find ever.CONS that NES 2 has are reasons why I'm still keeping my front loader anyway and keeping NES 2 because of PROS.
