Diablo 2 + expansion all Baldur's Gate and Icewind Dale games the Warlords Battlecry games (W:BC 2 is best) Disciples (Gold) and Disciples 2 Jagged Alliance 2 Majesty + expansion Planescape: Torment Robin Hood Jedi Outcast Freedom Force has its moments City of Heroes can be played at decent speed with some nice effects on a low-end pc this is just off the top of my head, there are certainly many more good games like these
