you need to get a HDTV not HD ready or anything else..HDTV it has to say(that''s the only thing i think someone hasn't said to you) as far as this guy saying less than 5 i think you are fine with a 8 MS i dont think thats a problem and i'm sure as long as its a new tv itll prob be 4ms which is good, i would say 4ms is good. If your getting a 32in tv get it HDTV 720p not 1080..40in or any bigger and get 1080. Make sure your not getting a piece of crap theres a lot of good deals out there...make sure your getting a deal...walmart has huge tv's for prettttyy cheapp n lots of them on the floor in the store.
edit--i just saw the above responses about 2 or 3 new posts but yes in agreement i think 8ms is just fine although i'm not sure exactly what i have on mine.
As for the other guy i will agree as well to suggest getting an LCD HDTV and not and LCD HD monitor or whatever your looking to get..They're same price and you can get more use with a tv as well as the same uses.
