The last few weeks have been very hectic with moving to a new house and work (both volunteer and paid). Tomorrow night I'm off to see the movie "Amazing Grace". From what I've seen of the trailer it looks very good.

Last weekend I went to a concert - "Lift Up Your Voice" which was part of the Queensland Music Festival. On Sunday, after church I went to a Tupperware party. They've got a couple of things I would like to get but alas the money is a bit tight at the moment with the move and the extra bills that came with it.

I'm out practically every day of the week and this Saturday coming up will probably be the first day I won't be going out any where. :) Which in a way will be a bit of a relief.

It's been nearly a year since I wrote in this blog. I've actually got another blog over at Bravenet that I write in more regularly than this. Also working on my own website design business, other messages and just real life in general doesn't give me much to time to write.

The Bonanza guide is still a work in progress. With 430+ episodes to find information for, it's actually more like editing two or three shows. Also some episodes haven't been seen in years so getting extra stuff for things like quotes and the crew guide is a little bit hard but is at least some good info for most of the episodes. I'm currently adding all the crew information that I have.

Since having two blogs is a bit I might have to think about dropping one and since I spend time here a lot with editing and reading then it might have to be the Bravenet one.

Most of the stuff that I need to do with the Bonanza guide can't be done at this point in time.  I have a lot of information to add in regards of to crew members for each show but there is no facility for that yet.

I am adding episode summaries for the episodes that I have seen.  A lot of episode summaries have also been submitted.  When they are I usually check all the other online episode guides on Bonanza that I know of - at least 6 of them and I know some people who have the Leiby, Shapiro and Greenland books if I need to check those, so hopefully I'm not approving ones that have come from somewhere that I don't know of.

I've finally finished going through all the episode summaries and recaps. Some new ones came in while I was doing this, so I'll have to re-check those just to make sure they are still okay. I will be adding more quotes in later on. There are still a few things to fix up - mainly the order of the guest stars and the crew credits. Currently the only way to fix the guest star credits is too actually remove them and then put them back in the correct order. It doesn't help that the system here lists actors who appeared more than 5 times as recurring (even though in most cases they played different characters). Crew credits are little more complicated as the current drop down list does not have most of the jobs listed at the end of a Bonanza episode. Once we able to list jobs not covered in this list I will be able to add more. Other than that, I'll probably start adding summaries to the episodes I've seen.

I have now finished fixing up the quotes. My next task is to go through the episode summaries to make sure that they meet the requirements here.

I've finished cleaning up the Notes and Trivia sections. My next project is fix up all the Quotes to make them comply with the format they like here at TV.com.

I've finished cleaning up all of the Bonanza episode Allusions. My next task is to clean up all of the notes.

I've finished adjusting all of the stars information for all of the episodes. Now I will be starting on the episodes Allusions. This shouldn't take as long.

For those who are interested, I'm currently going through all the episodes and fixing up the stars for each episode. It's a bit annoying having David Canary appearing in episodes from the first 8 years and likewise having Pernell Roberts in episodes from the later years. It's going to take some time but it will make the guide better in the long run.

At the moment I'm trying to make my Level rise from 1 to 2. As soon as that happens I can get back to fixing up and contributing to the Bonanza guide. I've seen a number of episodes recently and now need to correct the episode information.
