I am having the same issue, did you ever get it fixed? I hear the steps and doors but see only flashing colors, I have tried to run game on low and high settings but nothing changes. I have dell with P3 3.2, 1gb ram, ati hd2400 256mb with latest 6/15/09 driver, and directx9.0c. Let me know if you fixed this issue. I bought this game with several others and this is the only one that doesn't work. It came as two pack with First To Fight. Thanks
