But could also care more?

You have a tremendous understanding of sarcasm and irony.

Are you being sarcastic?

Im not entirely sure what sarcasm and irony are, which is why i take the term "could care less" as a literal saying...as in he could literally care less, thus he cares.

I dont know what sarcasm is.

If you think my message has a different meaning than the literal translation, i would say you are wrong as "could care less" can only be intepreted with a literal translation... and there is no other method of intepreting a message, other than literally.

Beat me to it..

My wife and I go to male and female strip clubs..love each other...and we both make 6 figures a year...so how is that failing in life again? We don't give a ****.. We take it as comedy and nothing but entertainment. We also watch porn together...does that make our relationship weak? god no..quite the opposite...it makes it secure.. we know there are ALWAYS temptations out there and here's the kicker we TRUST each other..god forbid that happens...I can LOOK at some girl and she can LOOK at some guy..who cares..there is so much more to love then looks... maybe someday people will figure that out....

We feel if one of us became unconfortable with it..then something else is going on..and we would need to work on what the problem is..

worlock77

Ok well i guess im wrong. But when i used to goto strip clubs there were never older couples there... do you often meet other married couples at strip clubs? When you are at the establishment, and you look over the other attendees, do they all seem similar to you?

Often no. Then again I don't often come across other married couples anywhere the wife and I go out (maybe since married couples are often saddled with kids and don't get out much). But it does happen from time to time.

Its commendable, you guys can appreciate things most couples cant... and to an extent im jealous. But in my experiences, the usual patron of a strip club isnt in a committed relationship, and usually falls into one of the 2 groups i specified. There are always exceptions to any rule, and its kind of nice you and your wife can enjoy those type of activities.

[QUOTE="spacesheikh"][QUOTE="weezyfb"]married people are likely to be more stable, and bear future taxpayers Sandulf29
I can bear future taxpayers without getting married. So what??

but married people have children. they are thinking about future taxes and welfare of society

I actually want children, i just dont want to get married. And i think about the welfare of society quite a bit... which is why ill be tutoring my children in math and science well beyond their years.

there are two types of people that goto strip clubs.

18-20 year olds, that are too young to goto bars but want somewhere to hangout on the weekend and 35-45 year olds that have failed all avenues of life including romance... and have to pay to get any variety of female attention.

masiisam

Really? My wife and I go to strip clubs together, so which of those types does that place me in?

[QUOTE="Some-Mist"]team fortress classic is actually 20 x closer to QTF than TF2. It was basically the same game but on the valve engine - so different movement techniques spawned.

Some-Mist

is that a separate game? a game mode? im only 66% downloaded at this point.

it was the developers of the quake team fortress mod that later joined valve and created a full fledged game out of it. it would otherwise be known as team fortress 1. It was a hl1 game released in 99 and played competitively until 2007 (around the release of TF2). It was even played one year at the cyberathletic professional league tournament in 2002 and is the only team fortress game to be played in that tournament.

heres the plays of the week 1-49 (only about half of the videos made about midway through TFCs lifespan) organized by the catacombs. it has all the best plays of the week from leagues such as STA, PFL, TFL, IGL, CAL, OGL in addition to pickups. check them out if you're interested in how the game played. POTW 40 is one of my favs although there are some nasty plays in all of them.

it's not really played any more with the exception of pickup games via irc. when tf2 came out a large majority of the tfc community left to play tf2 and quickly realized that valve stripped every advanced movement technique, grenades, and the speed from TFC. after about a month players tried to reorganize leagues and such but by that time the game was dead.

youtube link isnt working for me.

sounds like you are somewhat of an old schooler not happy about how team fortress evolution went down. Im with you man, i think old school fps have been stripped of their fundamentals over the years repeatedly. Do you have any recommendations for a good old school action fps with a thriving community?

[QUOTE="_Cadbury_"][QUOTE="Remmib"]

Movement requires only 2 fingers maximum at one time...

# of accessible buttons on keyboard > # of accessible buttons on controller. This is factual...

Remmib

Doesn't change the fact that a controller is more ergonomic. Having more keys is useful in some games, but not all, FPSs for example.

More keys in FPS games is more useful, this is a fact.

Just look at how many FPS games have gotten dumbed down due to not having lean because it's difficult to implement on controllers.

Also watch any XIM3 video and you will see keyboard absolutely raping controllers due to the amount of actions that can be done at the same time.

I agree keys are more useful. But are you a Pc gaming peasant because you dont have the 12 keyed razer naga of the PC gaming gods have like myself?

You keep wanting to say... "well I dont need more keys than i have" but my control medium "is better because i have more keys at my disposal"

Do you realize you cannot logically subscribe to both these arguments?

And ill tell you why you are both right and wrong at the same time...

The reason you think, the number of keys you have is the perfect amount... is because game developers cater to your control medium... so if a dev caters to a controller, its the same perfect amount of keys, the same perfect control medium.

If a dev makes a game that requires a full keyboard and a razer naga.... do i get to crap all over you for being a worthless gamer? maybe i have 6 different angles of lean for each side... are you a stupid noob dumbing down PC gaming because your mouse doesnt support the varied angles of lean my mouse supports? What you only got 45 degree angle lean? with my razer naga i had 15 degree, 30 degree and 60 degree lean options. what a noob with dumbed down PC controls. You dumb PC users are the reason im being limited to 45 degree leaning when my control medium allows for much more control.

Its all relative.

[QUOTE="Genetic_Code"][QUOTE="kuraimen"]Jesus also said that there was more chance that a camel would pass through the eye of a needle than a rich person to go to heaven so no I don't think he would advocate a society where people can get disgustingly rich at the expense of others.kuraimen
This is true, but Jesus said you can't be rich and still continue functioning in society like have always have.

So Jesus said that a rich person can't function in society?

i dont believe he ever said they couldnt function, but he spoke out against the rich often. Saying rich people cant get into heaven and rich people should give their possessions to the poor.

The kids were in the same clothes as he dreamed them in, plus they were the same age. It was years since he seen them, so it pretty much says it all, nothing to debate.

Evil_Saluki

this man says it best.

Same clothes, same age, playing with the same pile of dirt.

Kids usually get older as time passes.
