Just a warning, I am listing all of the things that I would LIKE to see in Gears 2.

Totally change the gameplay for multiplayer with:

Large open battlefields with war-torn buildings and lots of cover.

Cool new ground vehicles that accomodate multiple passengers.

Playable helicopters as seen in the campaign of Gears 1, or at least put them in gameplay like COD4 did.

More weapons!!!

Upgradeable weapons, think of the system used in COD4.

Ranking/experience/reward system similar to that of COD4!!!

A greater variety of maps.

Multi-tiered war-torn buildings for multiplayer!

More variety in multiplayer modes.

More players online!!!

The ability to jump.

Upgradeable/customizeable players!!! Please!!!

Someone else posted an idea to have a Berserker pop out in a match that might be taking too long to end. This is an awesome idea!!! There should be an option to turn on/off something like this. Think of the possibilities!

Use the Xbox Live Vision Camera in some way for multiplayer, like a Pwned Cam for headshots or something!

****Gears is an awesome game, but I think if they changed up the gameplay to larger scale battlefields, the game could truly feel epic! I think the running mechanics are really cool, but I think it would really kick if there was more of an area to run around in. Adding vehicles to the mix could really kick things up several notches, if implemented well. I can just imagine a Gears of War game with Halo or Call of Duty size maps! Ofcourse I still think there should be a balance of medium and smaller size maps, but some larger maps could really make this a must own game.

Before you get started, I realize I posted several COD4 suggestions here, but that is just my opinion. I even referenced Halo here. Sorry if I affended any Hardcore Gear-Heads... I have always said I wish I could just mix all of my favorite games into one Ultra-perfect game and I feel that both Halo 3 and Call of Duty 4 and Gears of War all have some of the best things that I like in games. Please note, I really love Gears of War. These are just some of the things that I think would really be cool to see in Gears of War 2. Thanks for reading guys.
