Last of E3

Right well as everyone knows the last of E3 was today..... oh boy what a last day. First the pounding, near-deafening music playing in the background, i really have a ringing noise going on in my head now. And then to top it all off, we get people who keep popping up saying that our good man Collin isn't allowed to film this and that and the "best" one so far, when a woman came up and said "You're not allowed to film our people!" ..... ah WHAT!? Anyway, that's a headache I'm not going to bring on myself by bringing it up here.

That aside, I had mentioned in my previous blog that I was aiming to get all of the emblems from this year's E3... well as you can all see I didn't get them all. I was on the page for the last E3 stage show and live cam and when the time came round for them to start showing, instead of viewing the live streams and getting my last emblems, I got a box coming up over the area where the stream is meant to be saying "the required plug-in is not installed"....... I still don't understand how i could watch all of the other streams and not have this problem and then all of a sudden this happens. *sigh* It was quite a let down for me to not get my last emblems but I got most of them, I'm just hoping that Gamespot can somehow see that I was logged onto the pages when they started.

So besides the last three things I gave mention to already, E3 for me was amazing and I lobed the whole experience of being able to view the press conferences live and experiencing the live cam tours and stage shows and being able to ask questions and having them answered there "on the spot" for the me. I've been thinking though, I wonder if our live camera men had enough space on their phones to store all those messages?

E3 so far

Well this will be my first blog here and I figured why not blog about E3, interesting enough. Anyway, 2nd day of E3 and the final of the big 3, Sony has finally done their conference. I have to say, everyone who was saying that Nintendo was the most successful conference for entire time that Sony were hosting theirs, I really don't see where you getting that idea from or how you could be saying that whilst watching the Sony conference. I mean, I love Nintendo, they were the first one I got to know about and I started off with them in my gaming upbringing but their conference I believe was the least successful.

On the other hand, there was the unveiling of Sony's Playstation Move. That Sorcery game, quite interesting although (and I'm sure many will agree) when I first saw the game-play footage streaming in over the many buffers Gamespot threw my way, I almost thought this was a Harry Potter game. The Playstation Move is pretty cool though and looks like it'll be quite successful, however, I really do think that Microsoft really upped their game this year at E3 with the Kinect, I never owned an Xbox but now I really want one! Ontop of that they gave every person who attended the conference a free Xbox slim and shipped them out to their homes for FREE as well! Have to say though that I am personally not a huge fan of all of these franchise health and fitness games which you can apparently use instead of going to the gym but the one that Ubisoft were showing for Xbox was the only one that I've been interested in getting.

After watching the Nintendo and Sony conference (as any keen Gamespot registered member would) I went straight onto watching the live cam tour so I could get my emblem :D Anyone else feel that it was pretty neat being able to send questions in and have them answered live there at E3? Well I certainly loved it, especially cause I had a question answered, posted like 10 or so questions but only 1 answered. Have to say though, after the live cam tour, I am definitely tired (in UK atm) and it's pretty late but it was an enjoyable day nonetheless. Don't plan on being awake for the TOTS shows so I plan to just leave the windows to them open and leave them like that so I can still get the emblem and sleep. If anyone thinks it won't work your comments and suggestions are welcomed.
