I love my PS3, bought the 80gb after they went down from the original 700$ msrp. I thoroughly enjoy the fact you can hop online without having a subscription to xbox live. I also like how open it is unlike the wii's online experience. One thing however that irks me, is that you can create as many accounts on a single ps3 as you like. It doesnt sound too bad when you think of the freedom of being able to change your ign at any time but in practice is an entirely different experience. Lately, it seems as though trying in video games is frowned upon. Due to this new mentality, the online experience that involves you to use teamwork can be very frustrating. In games such as Call of Duty, most game types are two teams with an objective. When people dont really care about their stats, or their online reputation, they don't help their teams whatsoever and it can ruin the experience. Games like Fat Princess, Battlefield BC2, and Red Dead Redemption are similar. So this is a message to all PS3 gamers, don't be afraid to be a 'try hard', you might just find some enjoyment from it.
