Healy ends Leeds' poor run of results

It was important that Leeds ended a successful season with a win during their last match at Elland Road, against Crewe, so that they would have some momentum going into the playoffs. After dominating the first half, Leeds failed to score, which had become a common occurrence in recent weeks. It seemed as though another draw would be the result, but David Healy had other ideas. He scored his second goal in as many games, thanks to Kelly's cross which he headed past the helpless goalkeeper. That goal, scored with fifteen minutes left, was enough to seal the win for Leeds. Although Leeds were already guaranteed a playoff place before this game, it was great to see them return to winning ways at last.
