When its loading for the HDD, yes. so downloaded games and games with installs will see a slight increase. the biggest limitation is blu-rays read speed which is (at 2x what the ps3 uses) slower than DVDs.

installing a game for example takes the same amount of time.

playing a game off the HDD lets say... GT prologue, would go faster.

Might get it if the GF shows a ton of interest but probably not. its not a game they were aiming at me anyway.

Headset meaning all the game audio or headset meaning just talking to people.

one thing i noticed about my turtle beach headset was that all the small sound effects that use to get lost i could easily hear. in gears of war i walked by a truck and could hear its engine idle, where just on my TV i didnt hear stuff like that.

I figured sony would have done more with them, especially let me upload a custom one only my friends can see or something.

I consider it to be one of the worst Genre of game.

its just a color, like the others said if you have a wii no real reason to. if you want a wii, they sure go ahead and get black.

ewww, theres no way im going to rent movies via PSN. if i could buy HD movies i would consider it...but rental is just gross.
