Hmm Compton California. lol. I was in the military back in the 90's and was gettin ready to be shipped to Guam and stopped for a bite to eat at a Jack in the Box. When I walked in and there was 2inch thick plexiglass separating the cashier from me..I realized i was in a wrong part of town. Lmao

[QUOTE="Palantas"]

When you say "old game," I think of something that requires DOSBox.

So true. i came here to reminisce old good games and the TC starts talking COD 4? wow. Yeah, my list, I moving through some Doom 2 levels right now. I replayed Star Control 2 last month. I also 96*'ed SMW over the last weekend as the only thing they had at the house I was staying at was a SNES.

Lmao now Star Control 2, that is an OLD game. For me back in 1989 I bought a Commodore Amiga 500 computer and remember playing games like TV Sports football, It came from the desert, and King of Chicago. I still have the origional Quake for PC which I think was the first multiplayer FPS I played.

Just before the last Turok game came out, I was really excited about it..until I played it. lol I hope the series isn't dead because I'd like to see another Turok game that is as fun to play as the origional was.

I knew someone eventually was going to say that, it was inevitable. I haven't played HR yet, so ain't gonna disagree until i get my hands on it and replay it a couple of times to see if its on par with the original.

Seems to me like you never liked the first one that much. You're talking about its cons that were well known since a decade ago, but you don't mention its pros.

I agree with that too. I still love the origional, dated that it is and allI really heard from the origional post was the cons of the first one.
