Just to make you understand this… Lets say that a human person can lift 100 kilos… if in 5 years he somehow manages to lift 200 kilos DOES NOT MEAN that his got twice as strong as he was before… It only means that he got stronger than he was, so he can lift another 100kilos more… So for this example, if this human person’s power level was 20 when he lifted 100 kilos, it only means that his power level went from 20 to about 24 when he managed to lift 200 kilos. (THIS IS BASED ON BIOLOGY AND IT’S THE TRUTH) ...So if this person somehow could manage from 20 power level, to 40 power level (which is impossible lets say for a human then he would not lift from 100 kilos to 200 kilos only, but about from 100 kilos to 500 kilos I repeat that: (THIS IS BASED ON BIOLOGY AND IT’S THE TRUTH) -> (Imagine how advanced must be the biology of a Saiyan (because when Saiyan got badly wounded they got extremely stronger when they where healed) So power level does not equal the weight that someone can lift!
