I think it's easy to expect something better from mmo's. But if you think about it, innovation isn't easy. The easy's and most expansive thing for the developers to draw from IS fantasy. Of course there's sci fi, but apparently, it's difficult to create new things from that as well, and so, what I'm saying is, if you want something better, create it. Or suggest it. There are ways for gamers to influence the games we play. You just have to find them.
This is a stupid question. Killzone 2 does look amazing, but it can't compete with MGS4. Anyone with reasonable intelligence knows that. Am I wrong? (that's a retorical question.)
Even thinking about battlefront of the 360 or PS3 gets me excited. I wonder what they'll do with the sixasis control for the PS3. I'd love to be running around using a wii-mote as an arc blaster as well.
Wait wait wait. Kool? That's the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard. We pay $50+ ( $60+ if you an 36-er like me) and you have to see ads all over your game. Racing games are seriously pissing me off lately. The point is, it's like paying for premium on IGN, Gamespot, or an email service, and still having ads all over your screen. anyone with decent cable has seen the Morgan Minute about this on G4. Read my lips guys: WE'RE. GETTING. RIPPED. OFF!
Anyone have any idea what the game is that Free Radical Design is working on with LucasArts? I'd love to get my eyes on any early info! If you check out the free radical site, they say the game is secret, and LucasArts doesn't even mention it. Someone pry some info out of someone, for gods sake.
