Those are clearly PS3 controls. There's an X, L1, L2, R1, R2, and Triangle. The 360 controls for replays are A, LT, RT, LB, RB, and Y.

Ubisoft doesn't think he's pro. According to their "research", he's just some loser that nobody cares about. So they felt it wasn't important to include him in the game.
