You know people would never buy as many games as they pirate. And piraters still own actual copies so really it's a small loss. I find this article very bias.
Interesting , is there a penalty for just downloading ? It's mentioned what happens to distributors but what about the little guys at home? Also shouldn't they educate more than students? This argument that piraters are hurting the little developers just means that if anyone takes it to heart they will stop pirating those games. Why don't companies try to wow the consumers more? I love a good Digipak. you ever see the covers the band Tool have ? And they don't cost more than other CDs in the normal boring Jewel case. There are so many ways to get people to buy instead of copy , throw in a free T-shirt !
Is it me or does everything look cloudy on xbox , the colours seem much more vibrant on PS3. I own neither console but I swear the gamespot guys are favouring xbox. They both seem to have their good and bad points. At this moment in time they seem about the same really.
I always seem to buy the games I want when they first come out. When I was a kid I had no money so this stuff helped but now I have a job so it's useless. But I can still see a usefulness for it.
