Not to scare you too much but thats what happened to my 360 the day before it gave up the ghost for good.
So I just got off the phone with support, they are shipping me Perfect Dark Zero for my troubles :/ , and the 360 should be back to me by mid week. Now thats service! It only took them 2 months to fix my xbox.
Ive been waiting 57 days for my 360 to come back, the support guy on the phone said its a record. It broke on the 29th of december 2006 and after much back and forth with well meaning, but ultimetly useless ,support peeps I was able to get it sent to be repaired on january 19th and it still havn't got back yet .
So I ask of you, good forumers, hong long IS too long ?
